"The BS Connection"
Worthy & Yankee Zulu
Playtime Records - PLY012

And now it's time for Track Two! The rejuvinated Playtime presents Worthy and Yankee Zulu's "The BS connection" - the San Francisco / Katabatic / Dirtybird star Worthy versus Ireland's Yankee Zulu, whose recent tracks have had raves from Luciano, Pig and Dan and Playtime favourite Justin Robertson. It's already being played to death by Claude von Stroke, it's got that wonderfully lazy funk that we like round here, and it's got a killer Andre Crom remix that makes the groove simultaneously more insistent and weirdly looser.

Check it out - and thanks for the insane reactions for our last track, Hannah Holland's "Banshee". Four stars in IDJ, a "love it!" from Phillip Sherburne, plus great reactions from Laurent Garnier, Rodamaal, Tomboy (another huge Playtime favourite), Crookers, Luke Solomon, Benni Benassi, D Ramirez, and local London heroes Cormac and Fil OK of Nag Nag Nag fame and a hell of a lot more... plus it went down very nicely at the reopening of Playtime the club at Bar Rumba, too...
